For the embossed alu sheet, the minimum thickness limit is 0.1mm.

While for the color coated board, we can only provide the PE/ PVDF coated service for the thickness from 0.25 ~ 3mm

The basic character of the 1xxx series:

Aluminum alloy 1xxx series is widely applied for the spare parts, which required good formability, excellent corrosion resistance but not high demand on strength. eg chemical products, food industrial equipment and storage vessels. Thin panels can be deep processed or spinned to make the hollow wares, welding accessories, heat exchanger, printing board, nameplate, reflective instruments.

Applications:

Used to manufacture decorative materials, such as aluminum veneers, aluminum plastic panels, perforated panels, etc:
1) Exterior applications: wall cladding, facades, roofs and canopies, tunnels, or renovations
2) Interior applications: wall cladding, ceilings, bathrooms, kitchens and balconies

Terms of payment: On the day when the contract is signed, 30% of the total contract value shall be paid as the down payment. 70% balance payment fax the BL copy. Or 100% irrevocable letter credit at sight.
